You have to pay the subscription fee only after you create your product catalogue on OSN App and get your account verified. That's when you feel that you are ready to receive online orders by making your online shop visible to your customers.
We will send you a payment link based on your preferred subscription plan. You can then conveniently pay using netbanking, UPI, debit card or credit card.
You can cancel any time if you do not see value in OSN Earth.
No, there is no set up fee.
We do not charge any commission on order value.
The default mode for OSN Earth is that customers pay you directly using UPI, cash on delivery, or card swipe on delivery. This is similar to how they would pay you during in-store shopping. This helps you to get paid for the exact bill amount, avoid payment delays and save payment gateway charges. Home delivery is managed by the shop staff or by independent delivery agents in your locality. Shop staff and delivery agents can use the Delivery App to get notifications when items are ready for pickup.
